ProRetoque is an essential service for photographers
and e-commerce professionals. Place your order, we will retouch it and deliver it to you on time.
Your order can be made up of one or several Lots depending on the type of retouching your photographs require.
Group the lots
We recommend that you group your Lots into folders before uploading them. This way you will more easily create the different Lots of your Order.
Example
Lot A: 9 still lifes of objects requiring level 1 silhouetted with shadow
Lot B: 5 still lifes of objects that require a level 3 silhouette with reflection.
At the same time that you upload the files grouped in the same batch, ProRetoque calculates the quantity, chosen options and size of the original. And, consequently, the price of your order is updated instantly.
There are 5 levels of silhouette or tracing complexity. The correct choice allows us to respect the prices and retouching times necessary for each Lot. ProRetoque will review your order and if it is done correctly it will be immediately sent for processing. Otherwise, we will contact you.
Remember that tracing, silhouetted or cutting is always linked to defined profiles. When there is hair, fringes, lace and other complex profiles, the mask technique is used. Although you can select options common to both, there are additional and specific possibilities for each technique.
In this section you can select the options and retouching adjustments that you want us to make for each batch. Within each tab you can find the specific settings for each type of project.
For example, if the batch is made up of product images, you will find the specific retouching options within the product tab.
Last but not least, you must indicate the way in which you want to receive your photos in the “delivery options” tab. Remember that if you do not fill out this information you will not be able to complete your order.
If you have batches with different delivery times, create a different order for each one. Generally we deliver the touch-ups ahead of schedule, but if you want to be sure, choose the deadline you need.
Once you have checked that everything is correct and you have made the payment, we will send it to our retouchers. If we detect any errors we will contact you as soon as possible. Payment is always in advance by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
If you are going to be a regular customer for more than three months you can request an account.
If we have agreed on a special quote or if you have an open account, you must check the “Process order” option to notify us that your order can now be processed. ProRetoque guarantees the quality of the work and that we will never overcharge you. If you are not satisfied we will refund your money.
Our services will satisfy you, but if for any reason the result of your order does not meet your expectations, we will correct it without any charge. You have 24 hours to notify, delivery may be slightly delayed but it will not cost you more.
We are here to assist you and manage your orders from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday (Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on weekdays.
Orders uploaded after 6:30 p.m. will be studied and managed the next day. Weekends don’t count.
The time at which the retouching time for an order begins to be computed begins at the moment you receive the “order approved” notification.
